It's obvious that our society has a massive fascination with post apocalyptic scenarios. But it begs the question, what would happen if after the first apocalypse there was another one... For good measure, just to make sure that almost everyone is dead. Well in 2019 with the release of ITTA, you just might find out. ITTA is a bullet hell, twin stick shooter being developed by Glass Revolver. Think Titan Souls's graphics meets Enter the Gungeon's gameplay and you have ITTA.
In ITTA you take control of a young girl named ITTA (isn't that a shocker) who must adventure across a post-post-apocalyptic world with her freaky floating cat. In hopes of finding answers to the age old question. Who the fuck killed my family? ITTA sports a simple yet beautiful art style and is heavily inspired by the 1986 Legend of Zelda and modern indies. Such as Vlambeer's Nuclear Throne and Acid Nerve's Titan Souls.
While exploring this twice wiped clean wasteland you may come across some interesting characters. It's up to you and your judgement whether to help these people, or leave them to their fate. An issue I often have with many an indie, is that they have such amazing worlds but you have no way of interacting with them. But i'm glad to learn that in ITTA I could consciously make the choice to ditch people, instead of being forced to.
I often don't give advice with my coverage. but I decided this time to offer some for both players and the developer. For players I would recommend following ITTA's development, because it's probably going to be amazing. And for the developer Glass Revolver I would recommend that you revisit your steam page. The description of ITTA is 2 paragraphs consisting of roughly 4 sentenced total. It's very well written and intriguing. But I would try to avoid so many run on sentences.
